Shipping

Free UK shipping

We offer free standard shipping on every order within the United Kingdom. We currently ship to the UK only.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order is on its way.

Delivery time

Some of our products ship directly from our partner warehouses overseas, which lets us keep prices low without cutting quality. Standard delivery usually takes 7 to 14 business days after processing. During busy periods or because of customs, delivery can occasionally take up to 21 business days.

Tracking

Every order is sent with tracking. You will get a tracking link by email once your order ships. It can take a few days for the first scan to appear.

Delays

Once an order leaves the warehouse it is in the courier's hands. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather or the courier, but if your order is taking longer than expected, email support@scoutcosupply.com and we will help track it down.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost parcels

If your tracking has not updated for 10 business days, or your parcel is marked delivered but you have not received it, contact support@scoutcosupply.com and we will sort it out.
