Returns & Refunds
We want you and your dog to love every Scout & Co order. If something is not right, here is exactly how returns and refunds work.
Your right to cancel (UK)
If you are a UK consumer, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. To cancel, email support@scoutcosupply.com with your order number before the 14 days are up. You then have 14 days to return the item, and we will refund you within 14 days of receiving it back, or of receiving proof that you have sent it.
Our 30-day return window
On top of your legal rights, we accept returns for up to 30 days from the day your order arrives. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.
How to start a return
Email support@scoutcosupply.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with the return address and instructions. Please do not send anything back before contacting us.
Return shipping costs
For change-of-mind returns, you cover the cost of sending the item back. If the item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, we cover the full cost of return plus a replacement or refund.
Faulty, damaged or wrong items
Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is faulty, damaged or incorrect, email support@scoutcosupply.com within 48 hours with your order number and a photo. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund, including any shipping you paid.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take a little longer to show it.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return it for a refund and place a new order.
Late or missing refunds
If you have not received a refund 10 business days after our confirmation, please check with your bank or card provider first, then contact support@scoutcosupply.com and we will chase it for you.
